What CHAPTIQ is

CHAPTIQ lets a business owner create a public page listing their business information and products or services, with a link and a QR code to share it. CHAPTIQ does not process bookings, payments, or customer accounts, and does not act as a marketplace between you and your customers.

Your account and content

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, prices, and images you publish.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must have the right to use any images or content you upload.
• You won't use CHAPTIQ to publish illegal, misleading, or abusive content.

Your public page

Once published, your business page is publicly accessible to anyone with the link or QR code. You can edit or remove your listings and business information at any time from your dashboard.

Transactions happen off CHAPTIQ

Any conversation, order, booking or payment that results from a customer contacting you through WhatsApp, call, or directions happens directly between you and the customer, through your own channels. CHAPTIQ is not a party to that transaction.

Availability and changes

CHAPTIQ is an evolving product. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and these terms may be updated as the product develops.
